Long Availability
Our products are designed for long project durations. Example:
- ERT50 was available from 2013 to 2025
- Follow-up deliveries and replacement needs are enabled beyond that depending on the project
Long Service Life in the Field
Many devices remain in use for years:
- Typical operating life of our systems: ~10 years
- Many ERT100 from 2009 are still in operation today
Compatibility on Upgrades
When upgrading products we pay attention to:
- same form factor where possible
- compatible connections
- uniform voltage ranges
- similar operation/logic across generations
Goal: Upgrade/migration without unnecessary modifications in the control cabinet and without a new training wave.
In-House Product Support (Firmware & Web UI)
We develop and maintain firmware and web UI ourselves. This gives customers in practice:
- faster response to bugs and security issues
- controllable releases and traceable versions
- improvements without dependency on external product decisions
Documentation & Traceability
For operation and long-term maintainability we deliver project-specifically:
- Release notes and changelogs
- Serial numbers and traceability
- Traceable version states across firmware and web UI releases
